street

2024 is one of the years in which the cadastre has been modernized and has finally entered the XNUMXst century. And in March of that year, the Government launched a Cadastre mobile application where millions of people can find out details of certain homes in a matter of seconds.

As you know, and if not we already told you, The Cadastre is actually a database in which all the properties in a town are collected. (or the entire country). This database depends on the Ministry of Finance and allows you to locate, delimit and obtain certain data on properties (cadastral data). These are the ones responsible for paying the Real Estate Tax, the Tax on the increase in the value of urban land (capital gains), the Vehicle Passage Tax (TPV) or the Tax for the provision of waste management services. urban activities (TRUA) that you are paying for.

Until not long ago, the only way to access the Cadastre was through a computer and its website (or on a mobile phone with a browser). But now you can download the Cadastre app on your Android or iPhone mobile to do these procedures much faster and better.

How to download the Cadastre app

cadastre website

As we have told you, the application is available for both Android and iPhone.

In the case of Android, you have to enter the Google Play app and use the search engine. Enter the word "Cadastro" and you will get the Cadastro_app option, which is the official one. Hit the Install button and wait for the icon to appear in your mobile menu to start working with it.

If you have an iPhone, you have to go to the iOS App Store to search for it and install it on your mobile.

Apart from these options, On the official Cadastre website you also have a link to the mobile application (Green button on the left of the screen, which says Cadastro_App).

Of course, you must keep in mind that, to be able to use it, you have to identify yourself through your digital DNI, digital certificate or with Cl@ve PIN or permanent. In this way, the properties that are in your name will appear to obtain all their cadastral data. The problem, at least now, is that, if these data are wrong, or you need to change something, you cannot carry out the procedures through the app, but you will have to go to the website to do so.

What opinions do you have about the app?

Apartment building

We must keep in mind that we are talking about a new application that has only a short history, which means that it is still in testing and it is possible that it will cause many errors when using it. That is why the score on Google Play is not too high (just 1,6). While in the App Store it has a little more, 1,8.

The The main opinions that have been left are the following:

«I told them a long time ago that it wasn't working. Today I receive an email saying that it now works. Mistake. With a PIN code from iPhone 15 pro 17.4.1 it still does not work. Let the process continue until you enter the PIN code and when you enter the 3 characters the message appears. «Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource.» Exactly like before receiving the email saying that it is now fixed. You can not do worse. If they say it's fixed, let it be true. "I hope next time it will be the final one."

«I am grateful for having been notified that the operating problems have been solved. I have been able to check it and the App is really useful. Thank you".

«Very basic, it does not allow zooming, changing layers, changing enclosures or plots, clicking on neighboring plots to find out plot number and extension. With the EU budget – the king's gunpowder, it does not provide much more than telling you what you already have in your name. I will be attentive to updates but I foresee that they will be few, solving the access error has taken more than a month, project finished and something else.

"Very interesting to be able to geolocate yourself and draw the plot on the ground to generate a sketch and save it."

"It makes it much easier to consult and identify the plots on your mobile while you are on the land itself."

In general, Most of the bad opinions have to do with the access errors that occurred as soon as the app was released, in such a way that, despite those who wanted to try it, this made it inaccessible. The incident was fixed at the beginning of May, so now the expected opinions will be related to the functionality of the app.

Now that you know that the cadastre has an official application, will you download it to your mobile phone to keep an eye on your properties? Or do you think it's useless? We read you in comments.
