One of the cornerstones of the new design is the creation of the Corporate Transformation and Artificial Intelligence area , integrated within the Strategy Department led by Marc Prat. Robert Duran will head this division, tasked with driving the deployment of AI throughout the organization. Furthermore, the Operations and Technology Department, led by Elena Carrera, will strengthen its capabilities in this area.

Within the Spanish business, which remains under the responsibility of Carlos Ventura, a new Business Transformation area has been created to accelerate product innovation for high-value clients, digitalization, and projects with a direct impact on customers.
